Notary Help When Timing Can’t Wait

Time-sensitive notarizations don’t always fit within regular business hours. Inkognito Notary offers flexible mobile scheduling when availability allows, with appointments at homes, hospitals, care facilities, workplaces, and other agreed-upon locations.

Same-Day Requests

When a document needs attention sooner rather than later, same-day mobile appointments may be available depending on scheduling and location.

Evenings & After Hours

Need a notary after the typical workday? Evening and after-hours appointments may be available for homes, hospitals, care facilities, and other convenient locations.

Weekend Appointments

Saturday and Sunday appointments may be available for notarizations that can't easily be handled during the regular workweek.

Holiday Appointments

Need a notary on a holiday? Mobile notarization appointments may be available on holidays, including certain federal holidays, depending on scheduling and location.

When You May Need an After-Hours Notary

Some notarizations come with little notice or simply can't be completed during normal business hours. Same-day and after-hours appointments can be especially helpful when you're dealing with a deadline, an unexpected situation, or a signer who can't easily travel.

Urgent Documents

Time-sensitive documents that need to be notarized before a deadline or can't reasonably wait until the next business day.

For signers who need a mobile notary to come to a hospital, nursing home, assisted living community, or other care facility.

Work & Scheduling Conflicts

For signers whose work schedules or other obligations make a traditional daytime appointment difficult.

Last-Minute Changes

When plans change unexpectedly and a document needs to be notarized sooner than anticipated.

Before Requesting an Appointment

To help your appointment go smoothly, please have your document ready and confirm that everyone who needs to sign will be available. Each signer must be willing to participate in the notarization and able to provide acceptable identification or otherwise meet applicable Texas identification requirements.

Have Your Document Ready

Please have the complete document available for the appointment. Do not sign ahead of time if the signature needs to be witnessed by the notary.

Acceptable Identification

The signer should have acceptable identification available. If the signer does not have suitable identification, contact me before the appointment to discuss whether another permitted method of identification may be available.

Know the Notarial Act

The document should indicate the type of notarization required, or you should receive that direction from the document's receiving agency or another authorized source. A notary cannot choose the notarial act or provide legal advice for you.

What Happens Next

Requesting an after-hours appointment is simple. Send your appointment details, and I’ll confirm availability, location, and pricing before the appointment is finalized.

After-hours convenience fees start at $20. Mobile travel and applicable Texas-authorized notarial fees are additional. Priority, late-night, Sunday, and holiday pricing may vary. Your total will be confirmed before the appointment.

What to Expect During the Visit

Your mobile notary appointment will be handled efficiently and professionally, with attention to applicable Texas notary requirements. Here’s what you can generally expect:

1 — Meet With the Signer

I’ll meet directly with the signer at the confirmed location and complete the required identification process before proceeding.

2 — Complete the Notarization

The signer will sign as required, and I’ll complete the requested notarial act in accordance with Texas notary requirements.

3 — Finish the Appointment

Once the notarization is complete, the document is returned to the signer or the person coordinating the appointment.
